MISSION STATEMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
We the directors, coaches, and parents of Southeastern Indiana Volleyball will offer a developmental volleyball club for girls in Southeastern Indiana to improve their level of play, understanding, and interest volleyball.
We will teach and develop sound skills through instructional training and competition.
We will develop understanding of the game in all areas including individual technique, team offense and defense, rules knowledge, and sportsmanship.
We will encourage interaction of athletes for local schools and promote positive attitudes in and out of the club season.
We will strive to effectively use local coaches and provide training opportunities for them.
We will provide opportunities for competition at regional tournaments and scrimmages.
We will be compliant with USAV requirements and guidelines, as well as local and state athletic association rules and guidelines.
